The Immersive Experience Network is the membership community for creators and producers of immersive experiences — a place to share what’s working, solve what isn’t, and build the connections to help you develop your future projects.
Who is the Network for?
Running an immersive experience — whether it’s an escape room, a theatrical production, an AR installation, or a scare attraction — means constantly solving problems that most people outside the industry don’t even understand. Pricing models. Repeat visitor rates. Cast management. Marketing to a niche audience that’s hard to reach.
IEN exists because the best solutions to those problems are already in the room — in the heads of the people making the same kind of work you are. We just bring you together.
We have a broad range of members working in the subsidised arts sector through to large commercial themed attraction operators and brand agencies.
Our community is encouraged to generously share their knowledge and experience of the creative development of experiences, live operations, and marketing of immersive work.
We aim to provide a space where the cross pollination of ideas and experiences can help spark new collaborations and help fuel the growth of the immersive sector by sharing our successes and mistakes.

What is a company membership?
The company membership option allows you have up to 5 members of your team join the network. Once you sign up, we’ll email you with a code to allow your other team members to join and setup their own profiles.
This membership also gives your team free tickets to huddle events, and the same discounts and opportunities as individual members.
Do you offer a student discount?
Yes, we offer discounts to full time students. Email us at contact@immersiveexperience.network from your academic email address for more details.
Do I need to pay VAT?
We are a UK company registered for VAT, so we need to charge VAT on all subscriptions for people or companies based in the UK. This will be added on during checkout and you should receive a VAT invoice via email.
If you are based outside of the UK then the billing system should detect this and not charge you the tax.
What's your cancellation policy?
Memberships can be cancelled at any time through our members hub pages. You will retain access until the end of your next billing cycle.
