Ticket Terms and Conditions

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you – the person who will buy the tickets to Immersive Experience Network Summit 25. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 – IEN Events Ltd – a registered company in England and Wales no. 16302520.

  1. INTRODUCTION
    1. By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to Immersive Experience Network Summit 25, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 premises.
    2. Please note that IEN Events Ltd reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions – without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser https://immersiveexperience.network. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets.
  2. Your Ticket
    1. The ticket you purchase represents a revocable licence for you to access Beams on 20th October and/or 21st October 2025 depending on your ticket, when Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 is scheduled to be hosted. The licence includes the revocable right to attending the Immersive Experience Network Summit 25. This licence can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the licence is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
    2. The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets, once (s)he receives it. IEN Events Ltd has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
    3. Kindly note that Ticket Tailor is the sole authorised source for purchasing Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
    4. The Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
    5. Please note that Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
    6. IEN Events Ltd has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of IEN Events Ltd will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
    7. The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 starts on 20th October 2025. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
    8. Please note that you purchase Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.
    9. Where you purchase tickets on behalf of another person or multiple people (“the ticket holders”), such Ticket Holders will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you agree to procure their compliance with the same.
  3. Data Protection
    1. By purchasing Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to IEN Events Ltd to collect certain information about yourself such as your name, contact email, company and job role. This information will be used and secured as per the Immersive Experience Network privacy policy.
  4. Cancellation
    1. If Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, IEN Events Ltd has the sole and absolute right to:
      1. reschedule the event, or
      2. issue a partial/full refund, or
      3. not issue any refunds.

Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

  1. If Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, government announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of IEN Events Ltd will be considered final.
  2. If Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
  3. Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. IEN Events Ltd cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.
  1. Amendments to your ticket
    1. All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns or cancellations.
    2. Tickets may be exchanged for a different day, subject to availability, at the discretion of IEN Events Ltd. Please contact us at summit@immersiveexperience.network to request.
    3. If you are unable to attend the event, then you may transfer that booking to a colleague without charge. Tickets can only be used once and the person who scans the ticket at the event will be the only person granted entry.  
  2. Amendments to the event
    1. IEN Events Ltd reserves the right to change the event timings or content schedule due to contributor availability, illness or any other reason. These changes will be communicated as soon as possible. 
  3. Liability
    1. IEN Events Ltd does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
    2. Nothing in the Ticket Terms and Conditions shall exclude or restrict our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, the negligence of our employees in the course of their employment, or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
    3. The views expressed by any speakers at the Event are their own. We shall not be liable for the views, acts or omissions of any such speaker or any other attendee at the Event. Any information given or distributed as part of the Event shall not constitute advice and should not be relied upon.
  4. Event Attendance
    1. Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 and IEN Events Ltd follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at Immersive Experience Network Summit 25 and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.
    2. We reserve the right to refuse you entry to the Event, or subsequently remove you or any Delegate from the Event, where you or any Delegate fail to comply with the Ticket Terms and Conditions.
  5. Filming & Photography
    1. We may, at our discretion, choose to photograph, film, broadcast or record the Event. Subject to Clause 8b, you grant us an irrevocable licence to use and sublicense the use of your and any of your ticket holders name, voice, likeness, image and any contribution made by you or any of your ticket holders at or to the Event in any and all media (whether now known or hereinafter invented) throughout the world and in perpetuity.
    2. You must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the Event if you or any of your ticket holders do not wish for your or their name, voice, likeness, image and/or contribution to be used in accordance with Clause 3.3. All such notices must be sent to summit@immersiveexperience.network. 
    3. IEN Events Ltd will record content sessions and endeavour to make them available to all ticket holders after the event. However we reserve the right to not publish recordings if we can not get permission from the contributors, or due to a technical fault or other reason.
