Our sponsored tickets scheme aims to connect you with one of our Industry Supporters who are listed on our website.

Answers from your application will be shared with our Industry Supporters who will pick candidates they believe align with their values and company goals, and who they believe would benefit most from attending the Immersive Experience Network Summit.

Each Partner has 2 sponsored tickets that they can allocate to selected candidates.

Selected candidates will be offered a free full Summit ticket for the event, and the opportunity to meet your ticket sponsor in person and discuss your goals in the sector. We’ll also offer you a free 12month membership to the Immersive Experience Network to further help increase your contacts and personal network. 

Who is this for? 

The Immersive Experience Network and our Industry Partners know that diversity fosters creativity and innovation. We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive, and to encouraging diversity within the emerging immersive sector.

We therefore particularly encourage applications from candidates who are likely to be underrepresented in the creative sectors.

This scheme is designed to support and create pathways for candidates who are early stage career or independent artists for whom the cost of attending the event would otherwise be a barrier.

Applications will be open until 1st September, at which point our industry supporters will make their selections. All applicants will be informed once the selection process is complete. If you have already purchased a ticket to take advantage of the early phase pricing then this will be refunded in full if you are successful.
