- Membership Applications
- How to Apply: Membership applications can be submitted online and are subject to approval by Immersive Experience Network, which reserves the right to refuse applications.
- Acceptance: We’ll confirm your membership via email within 72 hours, including granting access to the online Slack community. A contract is formed upon this confirmation.
- Code of Conduct: All members must follow the code of conduct outlined on this page. Violations may result in termination of membership or event bans.
- Membership Payments, Renewals, and Cancellations
- Payments: Membership is managed through Stripe and is renewed monthly unless cancelled. Charges will be processed using your original payment method.
- Cancelling Membership: You can cancel anytime via the Slack Customer portal, your subscription will end at the end of your billing period. There is no refund for unused time.
- Accurate Information: Ensure your personal details are accurate. Inform us of any changes to your contact or billing information.
- Fee Changes: We may periodically update fees, any changes that will impact existing members will be communicated clearly in advance.
- Payment Issues: If payment authorization is canceled or rejected, we may suspend or terminate your membership.
- VAT: Prices include VAT. Tax is automatically calculated based on your location.
- Personal Information: We prioritise your privacy and security. We only collect and use personal data per our Privacy Policy, and we comply with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time.
- User Accounts and Security
- Account Responsibility: Members receive access to an online Slack forum and online events. You’re responsible for keeping your account details secure.
- Unauthorised Access: Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse of your login details.
- Intellectual Property
- The content on our website and related platforms is owned by Immersive Experience Network and the relevant contributors. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content without written permission from us.
- Liability
- We only provide membership for internal use by you and your business, and you agree not to use any parts of your membership for any resale purposes.
- Suitability: It’s your responsibility to ensure our membership and services meet your needs. We offer advice but accept no liability if they do not.
