You asked, we listened – the 2025 Summit is expanding.
Thanks to overwhelming demand from attendees and partners, Summit 2025 is moving to a larger venue and growing into a two-day event.
This exciting new space gives us more room to grow — with expanded areas for partner showcases, networking, and collaboration. It also allows us to introduce two distinct strands of programming:
As an independent organisation without external funding, we’re committed to keeping the Summit as accessible as possible while ensuring it remains financially sustainable.
Here are some of the ways we’re doing that this year:
New ticketing model: including the introduction of a Convention only ticket for access to networking, exhibitions, the Experience Zone, and curated sessions for emerging and independent creators.
Phased ticket releases: we will be releasing three phases of tickets with the most competitive pricing within the first few phases – the earlier you register, the better the price.
Sponsored tickets: offering a chance to have the price of your ticket covered by one of our Industry Partners.

We will also be running our sponsored tickets scheme again where people for whom the full cost of the ticket would be a barrier can apply for a full Summit ticket provided by our Industry Supporters.

We have an open call out for contributors to the Summit & Convention content programs. We’re looking for immersive creators willing to share their knowledge and experiences in stage presentations, workshops & case studies.

New for Summit’25 – we’re opening a new area of the Summit this year for creators to showcase their work and share their WIP projects.
We’re looking for people with immersive or interactive experiences ranging from physical games through to experiential art or digital experiences(eg. VR & AR, online, audio & transmedia).

There will be limited parking available at the venue, you can purchase a parking permit on checkout when buying a ticket. However the venue is also well connected by public transport via the DLR and buses.

We will have a variety of street food vans onsite along with a cafe space and bar. There are also some shops & cafes nearby the venue, and you are welcome to bring along your own food & drinks.
